Hello and welcome to my website.

I’m Sherri Crystel, personal trainer and fat loss expert, and founder of Nutribody Wakefield.

My work as a trainer began over two decades ago. It wasn’t something I had planned, though I was soon to discover that helping others to lead a healthier more fulfilling life was something that gave my life real purpose.

I have helped countless people over the years from a wide variety of age groups, from teens to grandparents.

I approach my work with the mindset that each one of my clients is unique and one size does not certainly fit all. I plan programs around there specific needs to gain maximum results for long term health, not a quick fix!

Through my experience over the years, I have gained invaluable experience working closely with clients and an intuition as to what the individual needs to help and support them as much as possible.

I feel very privileged and in a unique position to make a difference to someone else’s life, insofar as to say that personal training for me as a trainer goes way beyond putting someone through their paces, leaving the studio red faced and glowing! For me its about making a connection to have a profound effect on the individual. One of my favourite sayings is:

“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”

Often people initially approach me for many reasons, though the most notable are the following;

  1. They blank refuse to go to a busy, over-crowded gym finding the whole experience daunting and intimidating.
  2. They’re tired of doing the same old boring workouts with little results to show for it! Lack of motivation, lack of direction and need someone to push them out of there comfort zone.

Having someone you’re accountable to is a major key in determining an individual’s success. Often clients remark that they feel they are letting me down if they miss a workout or cheat with food and that is the MAJOR difference from having a trainer versus doing it alone!

I work with clients either on a one to one basis/ duet or group sessions, which are held in my private training studio.
