Sherri has got to be one of the most motivated and upbeat people that I have ever met and this is what attracted me to her as a personal trainer. I have tried several trainers in the past – both within a gym and privately, but I found that they either had a total disregard of good client ethics or the routines were consistently boring and monotonous… I can’t say that about Sherri -her infectious positivity is what you need first thing in the morning!

Although I train regularly anyway, I value Sherri’s input and encouragement – I know from being a Martial Arts Instructor that it is very easy to “coast” within your comfort zone and the external trainer is vital for real progression in the early days.

She is always able to come up with new and interesting exercises – as a past competitor, Sherri has a broad knowledge base of how to develop every part of the body evenly so you don’t end up looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger at the top half and Olive Oyl at the bottom half of the body!

Sherri closely monitored both my diet and training routine so that I am maintaining my fitness when she isn’t present. It makes a big difference to the effectiveness of a trainer if they overlook your diet, lifestyle and exercise plan – making it more of a holistic exercise programme than just one hour of sweat.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sherri as a personal trainer to anyone!

I started training with Sherri in a bid to lose weight. What I have achieved with Sherri so far was once just a dream of mine. Sherri has helped me lose weight and set me on the road to a healthier and happier life. I dreaded my first training session but Sherri soon put me at ease. Sherri uses a variety fitness exercises from using weights, machines to cardio. My favourite exercise in particular with Sherri is boxing.

What I love about Sherri is that she is willing to share her expert knowledge and answer any questions that you may have. Sherri’s dedication to her clients is clear. She is fun, energetic and very passionate about the work she does. I still have a long journey ahead of me and look forward to achieving my goal with Sherri by my side. I would definitely recommend Sherri as a PT to anyone who is wanting to change there lives for the better.

Half marathon imageIn my forties, unfit and on the cusp of sliding into a flabby middle age, I’d been frustrated for a number of years by my decreasing level of fitness.

I stumbled unexpectedly across one of Sherri’s leaflets and soon signed up for training sessions twice per week. My aim wasn’t a ‘vanity project’ in search of a gym body, but instead I wanted to regain my overall fitness and to once again enjoy the challenges of physical activity. Sherri was careful to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve, and to tailor my sessions to deliver exactly what I needed.

From the very first session I was hooked …and Sherri really delivered. I’ve been constantly and consistently challenged; I’ve sweated, panted, boxed, lifted, squatted, lunged …and even learned how to skip!

Within a few short months my fitness had improved dramatically, and I was encouraged by a friend to try running – something else I instantly fell in love with. Fast forward another year and I ran (successfully!) my first half marathon – something I couldn’t have contemplated before working with Sherri.

So, in short, I couldn’t recommend Sherri highly enough. She’s irrepressibly positive, has a great sense of humour, listens hard to what you want to achieve, pushes hard but with sensitivity, and really delivers results.

In a short space of time working with my personnel trainer I have achieved remarkable results. My physique has improved along with my agility, strength and energy.

Mel TudorTraining with Sherri was one of the best decisions I have made which was several years ago. She gets to know you as a person which in turn helps her to get the best out of your training sessions.

Sherri recommended I did a Nutri clean programme as I was struggling with my weight, she explained that it would help not only weight loss, but would also improve healthy ageing, address low energy levels,improve cellular health and most importantly give the liver a kick start thus reducing toxic load. She guided me through it even doing it herself to spur me on.

After 2 weeks I’d lost 8lbs, 2 inches off my hips, 3 inches off my waist. AMAZING results!
